SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your order!
For deliveries to Mainland UK, products will normally be dispatched to you within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail or Parcel Force delivery service, However please allow 7-14 days around seasonal peak times.
All deliveries within mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are made via a parcel or courier service between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing NB Equestrian! If you wish to return any items, please complete the returns form with the details of the items and your reason for returning. To expedite your refund, make sure to include your account and invoice number, which can be found on your packing note.
